Full Stack Developer

Qualification:

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience
5 to 7 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio of
web application development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using Java, Spring Boot (backend), and React with TypeScript (frontend).
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while ensuring optimal code quality, performance, and scalability.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, helping to elevate the team’s technical capabilities.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of the front-end and back-end.
• Implement and manage APIs and integrations between front-end and back-end systems.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high development standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the entire stack, from front-end UI issues to back-end service problems.
• Assist in the deployment process and collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Keep up-to-date with the latest web technologies, tools, and industry trends.

Skills And Competencies:

1. Mandatory Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful API design, and microservices architecture.
• Expertise in React and TypeScript, with experience in building responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git.
• Knowledge of front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn) and deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and writing unit/integration tests (JUnit, Jest, Mocha, etc.).
• Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

2. Added Advantage Skills

• .Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
