Qualification

Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Experience
Demonstrated 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in front-end development, with a specialized focus on the Angular framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with design and backend teams to transform wireframes and UI/UX designs into functional user interfaces.
• Engage in code reviews and design discussions, providing constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in Angular development.
• Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to maintain code quality and reliability.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance.
• Act as an individual contributor to the project.
• Learn and work within the product framework built on Angular 12.
• Take responsibility for the entire UI development and release process.
• Design quality mockups and prototypes.

Skills And Competencies:

1. Mandatory Skills

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript, showcasing a strong command of these foundational languages.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming techniques.
• Sound understanding of UI/UX principles, with the capability to translate design wireframes into functional components.
• Knowledgeable in unit testing frameworks like Jest, Jasmine, or Karma, with additional experience in end-to-end testing frameworks such as Cypress being a notable advantage.
• Proven track record of developing and building modules within product environments, from inception to deployment.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities coupled with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

2. Added Advantage Skills

• Understanding of a backend built using Microservices is highly desirable.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adept at challenging suggested UX/UI designs to enhance overall user experience.
• Possess a curious mindset and a keen ability to grasp key requirements and new technologies.
• Familiarity with version control systems like GIT.
• Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Enthusiastic about working with cloud-based architecture.
