Senior QA Analyst

Qualification

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience
6-8 years of overall testing experience. At least 4 years of hands-on experience
in test automation using Selenium with Python scripting and Cucumber.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Manual Testing and Automation Testing (Python, Cucumber or Pytest, Selenium).
• Conduct API Testing using tools like Postman.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end automation suites and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines (Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jenkins).
• Create automation test plans, write and execute test cases, and publish testing results/dashboards.
• Collaborate in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and participate in estimation techniques.
• Utilize version control tools like GitHub and Bitbucket.
• Conduct defect triage and root cause analysis, and understand the code release process and deployments.
• Achieve efficiency through metrics measurements and continuous process improvement.

Skills And Competencies:

1. Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
• Proficiency in Selenium with Python scripting.
• Experience with Cucumber or Pytest.
• API Testing using Postman.
• Familiarity with PyCharm, PyTest, VsCode, or IntelliJ tools.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Bamboo, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
• Strong QA and Automation background.
• Knowledge of Linux platforms.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and version control tools.

2. Added Advantage Skills

• Experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices.
