Qualification

Education
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience
4+ years of software development experience with a focus on Java/J2EE and security product solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop security product solutions using Java/J2EE frameworks
• Design and implement innovative, scalable, fault-tolerant software solutions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and system architects
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Integrate software components and third-party programs
• Deploy and test software to ensure compatibility and stability
• Mentor junior developers and provide training
• Continuously recommend and implement improvements to existing systems

Skills And Competencies:

1. Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience with Java and J2EE frameworks (Spring, Hibernate)
• Proficiency with REST APIs
• Knowledge of Cloud computing (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
• Experience working with Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills

2. Added Advantage Skills

• Experience in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of DevOps practices
• Familiarity with security principles and best practices
