Qualification

Education
A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in engineering or information technology.

Experience
6-10 years of software development experience with hands-on experience on the tech stack mentioned below.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, automate, maintain, and manage an AWS production system.
• Develop and maintain the continuous integration subsystem.
• Continuously improve the monitoring system.
• Participate in PoCs and work on providing solutions for platform-wide problems.
• Maintain Terraform and Ansible code, and perform upgrades.
• Automate different operational processes by designing, maintaining, and managing tools.
• Provide primary operational support and engineering for all Cloud and Enterprise deployments.
• Develop policies, standards, and guidelines for IAC and CI/CD that teams can follow.
• Proactively identify issues, and perform audits.
• Continuously look to improve the organization’s standards.
• Expand existing software to meet the changing needs of our key demographics.

Skills And Competencies:

1. Mandatory Skills

• Skilled in using Ansible for automation.
• Proficient in Python programming.
• Experienced with POSTGRES database management.
• Competent in Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Well-versed in Jenkins for continuous integration.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Thorough understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, and data structures.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex DevOps solutions.
• Familiar with cloud-hosted environments like Amazon AWS, AWS Lambda, and AWS CloudFormation.
• Solid background in AWS DevOps development.
• Experienced in using version control tools like Git.
• Proficient in managing Python virtual environments.
• Experienced with Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.

2. Added Advantage Skills

• .Knowledge of the cybersecurity domain.
• Familiarity with Identity Access Management.
