Qualification

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.

Experience
Proven 8+ working experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within
  budget.
• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Use project performance tools and techniques to measure success.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholders effectively.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Delegate tasks based on team members’ strengths and experience.
• Track project performance, analyzing successful completion of goals.
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
• Develop and share project plans with clients and staff members.
• Continuously develop leadership skills and attend conferences/training as required.
