Overview:
We are looking for a Sr. QA to join our cutting-edge development team as it grows. The ideal candidate is a divergent thinker who understands industry best practices and has experience with automated testing. They must be comfortable working in an agile environment and have the ability to “take the wheel” when necessary.
Qualification
Education
A Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology
Experience
4-6 years of software testing experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user requirements
- Interact with the clients to understand the requirements
- Work closely with project managers, other developers, systems architects, and sales and marketing professionals
- Prepare and execute test plans
- Create clear proof of tests documents for reference and reporting
- Recommend and execute improvements
- Verify and deploy programs and systems
Skills And Competencies:
1. Mandatory Skills
- Manual and API Testing knowledge
- A thorough understanding of operating systems and data structures
- An in-depth understanding of the Internet, Cloud Computing & Services, and REST APIs
- Experience with Postman, including creating collections and tests
- Automated testing experience using Selenium with any programming knowledge
- Ability to create frameworks for automation testing
2. Added Advantage Skills
- Experience with Python
- Familiarity with the Qradar app / Splunk app and add-ons
- Meticulous and organized approach to work
- Logical, analytical, and creative problem-solving approach
- Thorough, detail-oriented work style
